Andre, the owner of ADM Garage Doors, provided excellent service, detailed explanation for ongoing maintenance I should complete, fast response, reasonable pricing, and the best customer service. I called a number of good rated other garage door companies who all had reasons why they did not respond in a timely manner to my call, changed their service date, or had other lame excuses. Andre directly communicated with me, gave me an honest time of arrival, even called when he was on the way from the prior service call, and in the end he arrived almost exactly at the time he originally quoted me. Andre did not try to sell me unnecessary service or parts. Great service, I will call ADM next year for my annual garage door and opener service or for any of my future garage door/opener repairs. Hard to find service companies with pride of ownership like Andre at ADM Garage Doors.

I called Andre at ADM Garage Door on Saturday morning and he was able to be at my house at 3p to repair the sprocket that drives the chain on my garage door. He not only fixed the sprocket, but then made sure everything was adjusted and properly aligned. Lastly, he lubricated each joint on the garage door and took the time to show me what was needed to properly maintain my garage door. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing a type of work on their garage door.

By far, the best customer service I have received anywhere in quite some time! ADM was fast, efficient and explained all procedures before they were performed. ADM insured I was fully informed before I made any decisions for my repair. All price ranges were offered and fully explained. He not only fixed my door he provided me with information on the future care of my garage door. He was knowledgeable, skilled, upbeat and friendly. I would definitely recommend you call ADM before you call anyone else! These days you want to get the full value of your dollars that are spent. Money spent at ADM will reach its full potential. I felt that my patronage was appreciated and that the value received for my money was the best I could receive!
